Here's how to find the right size for bra:
When purchase of a suitable bra, we must consider two dimensions:

- Chest circumference

- Cup size

1. Measure yourself around the chest, just below the breasts.

2. Then, measure the circumference of your chest, but just to the breasts (called the famous measures 90-60-90). Decrease from the new amount the chest size; you get a number that varies between 1 and 12 cm or, in extreme cases, more (e.g. you have 90, from which subtract 80 cm and so 10 cm remain, which according to the schedule below is D cup).

For each unit of difference you get one type of size of the cups. Thus, if the difference is 1"(2.5 cm), means that the size of the cup is A, if the difference is 2 "(5 cm) - is B, if 3"(7.5 cm) - C etc.

Here is the cup size chart:

Negative difference AAA

<1 inch AA

1" (2, 5 cm) A

2" (5, 0 cm) B

3" (7, 5 cm) C

4" (10, 0 cm) D

5" (12, 5 cm) DD (E French)

6" (15, 5 cm) DDD (European E, F French)

7" (17, 5 cm) DDDD (G)

8" (20 cm) H

9" (23cm) I

10" (25.5) J

The measure of bra is specified numerically by the chest size. The measure of cup is specified by letter. For example: if the bra is 36B measure, then 36 is the chest size and B the cup size.

You should know that some manufacturers have different names for dimensions of larger cups. In addition, each lingerie brand has its unique style and model. Find the bra that fits best and keep in your mind the measure.

There are many different types of bra that makes your breasts look different. Try different types of bra and you choose the one that suits your breasts.
This is the first size you need. (E.g. 80 cm)

Avoid dyeing your hair if it falls into excess, if the scalp is attacked by eczema or if you suffer from asthma.

Be aware that some hair dyes contain lead salts and used repeatedly may cause complications such as blackening the teeth, anemia and headache. Also, some studies have shown that the mixture of chemicals in hair dyes can harm the liver.

To be dyed, hair must be in good condition to avoid any inconvenience.

There are in the market several types of hair dyes from which you can choose:

- Semi-permanent hair dye. It may be in powder or cream. It should be mixed with a solution of about 5% hydrogen peroxide. It lasts on hair up to 6 weeks after the hair returns to its original color.

- Permanent hair dye. It is found in powder, cream or gel. It should be mixed with a solution of 20% hydrogen peroxide to form a cream that is applied to the hair. It lasts until a new hair grows. It discolors hair and adds color. Using it for long-term it destroys the hair cuticle, making it brittle.

- Henna dye. It is made from vegetable leaves of a shrub (Lawsonia inermis) which is grown in the Near East and Egypt. It is used since antiquity to dye hair, nails, skin and textiles. Natural henna gives the hair reddish-brown color. There is also black henna which is a combination of pure henna and a substance extracted from some plants that grow in tropical regions. Black Henna can trigger allergic reactions.

- A strong emotional shock

- Repeated stress

- Exposure of hair to strong sun rays and high temperatures

- Poor diet with too few vitamins and calories

- Hair dyeing at very small periods of time

- Vitamin B, especially vitamin B5, responsible for the assimilation of nutrients from food

It is recommended the regular consumption of fruits and vegetables, grains, foods rich in antioxidants and amino acids, the maintenance of a balanced lifestyle and the administration of nutritional supplements and vitamins B.

hair loss

Hair usually falls at a rate of 40-50 shafts per day in healthy people and approximately 100 hair shafts a day in the older people. If there is an abnormal hair loss, without regeneration, it is recommended the medical advice which is an analysis of hair and blood.

Hair loss is accompanied by alopecia (baldness) or not.

If hair loss begins too early, baldness progresses faster.

Men lose hair gradually from the sides of the forehead and crown of head. Women hair falls all over the head but not completely.

Some of the causes that determine hair loss are:
- Inadequate care and improper cleaning of the scalp
- Dandruff
- Inadequate cosmetic treatments
- Pulling hair in case of depression (trichotillomania)
- A strong emotional shock, stress, anemia
- Some infectious diseases
- Abuse of drugs, alcohol and tobacco
- Wearing the head covered a longer period of time
- Strong rays of the sun

Against temporary hair loss you can use shampoos with nettle and even boiled nettle juice. But if your hair falls a long period of time due to an internal imbalance, ask the help of a dermatologist, the only person who can establish a diagnosis and prescribe an appropriate treatment.

Avoid brushing your hair with plastic or metal brushes. Rough natural hair brushes are recommended.

Hair typology

Proper care of hair must take account of its type.

Here is what you have to do to find out what kind of hair you have: After a day after you have washed your hair, press on the scalp, in the region behind the ear, a thin sheet of paper. If your hair is dry, on the paper will not see any trace of fat. Otherwise, your hair is oily. There are also mixed type of hair, a combination of dry and oily.

Dry hair is breakable, lacking in vitality due to insufficient amount of sebum that provides flexibility and gloss. Hair shafts peaks are dry and split. On the scalp may appear particles of dry skin (dandruff) and itching.

If you have dry hair, you must wait at least 4 days between hair washes. Use a shampoo suitable for dry hair. Very effective for washing the hair is also the egg yolk. Apply it on the scalp, massage gently with your fingers and then rinse thoroughly. For flexibility and shine add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar in the last rinsing water.

Avoid the use of the electric hair dryer. If it is possible, let it dry naturally. Do not rub the hair with towel. After drying, use a soft brush and comb your hair thoroughly, reaching the scalp to stimulate sebaceous glands and to spread sebum along the length of hair.

Castor oil, applied as a mask before washing, is very effective to treat dry hair. Heat the oil slightly and extends along the length of hair. Wrap your hair with a plastic foil, and then cover your head with a towel soaked with hot water. After 1 hour, rinse your hair well as possible then proceed to wash it with shampoo.

Do not expose your hair directly to strong rays of sun. Protect it with lightweight hats that allow the hair ventilation. Eat foods that contain fatty acids (dairy products, fruits, vegetables, nuts).

Oily hair has an excess of sebum, become dirty quickly, shines, is lacks of volume becouse the hair shafts stick, and the scalp produces dandruff.

Dandruff, both in dry form (psoriasis) and in the greasy form, can be prevented by hygiene compliance of scalp and consumption of the vitamins B group (vitamin B6 in particular). Untreated dandruff causes hair loss.

Oily hair should be washed twice a week with appropriate products to prevent it fattening. Oily hair better support the hair dyes and the electric dryer.

For a frequent hair washing, use only the purifying shampoos with neutral PH. Avoid too hot water. Shampoo the hair, rinse it and repeat.

Do not abuse by hair masks. Use only the suitable hair mask for oily hair.

Avoid massaging your scalp and brushing strongly to not force the sebaceous glands to produce more sebum.

If you have an oily hair, avoid foods containing fats and sugars. Seborrhea can be caused by certain hormonal disorders, stress or irritating cosmetics use. For oily hair treatment you can use the juice of 1 lemon diluted in a glass of water. Apply to hair after washing, leave 1-2 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Eat foods rich in vitamin B2 (green leafy vegetables, fruit, yogurt, eggs, liver, spinach etc.).

Mixed hair is oily at the root and the peaks of hair shafts are dry eventually split and discolored. Mixed hair is caused by repeated bleaching treatment, by permanent curling and hair dyes. Shampoo for oily hair will be applied only to root and the dry hair serums will be applied only on peaks, without touching the scalp.
